1. Digital Product Policy – No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and the download link has been sent or accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
This policy is in place because digital products are:
- Immediately accessible after purchase
- Non-returnable
- Easily reproducible
By completing your purchase, you agree to this no refund policy.
2. Exceptions – Failed Delivery or Technical Issues
We will only consider refunds or re-delivery in the following rare cases:
- You did not receive the product download link or email within 24 hours (please check your spam/junk folder first)
- The file is corrupted or inaccessible and cannot be downloaded or opened even after re-sending
In such cases, please contact us at [support@freelancemantra.com] within 48 hours of purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue by re-sending the file or offering a suitable alternative.
3. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve an issue, we reserve the right to dispute the claim with proof of delivery and access logs. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to a ban from future purchases.
